Sometimes we need to use remote desktop in order to better understand the problem you are facing.

Once the software is downloaded, indicate the AnyDesk address to your correspondent displayed under "This workstation" as shown in the following picture:
In order to do so we use TeamViewer

- Juste launch the downloaded file
- This Windows will appear :
- You just have to send us you ID and password and we'll look after your problem.
