Frequently Asked Question

It can happen, if a synchronization could not be completed, that your synchronization indicators (the colored triangle present on all the tiles of your projects) do not update correctly after synchronization.

To correct the problem, it is possible to force the update of these indicators.

The steps to follow are as follows:

In the application settings (top right)
Then click on "My Account".
Then click on "Recalculate synchronization indicators".
The recalculation step will take more or less time depending on the amount of data present on your database. Even if it is a little long, do not close BatiScript.

You can then go back to the list of your projects, your different synchronization indicators should now be consistent again.
