On starting up BatiScript, an error message impossible to contact the licence server, contact the administrator
appears and blocks use of the software.
The problem appears while BatiScript fails to communicate with our licence server. Either you simply don’t have an available Internet connection, or the connection is filtered or blocked by the IT service for security reasons.
First check that your machine has a good Internet connection. If the problem continues, while you have good Internet access (for example via your navigator), it’s necessary to contact your IT departmentand give them the addresses and ports used by BatiScript
to ensure the connection is not filtered/blocked.
